Orders are processed and printed within 2–3 business days. During high-demand periods (new drops, festive sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Each item is made to order — printing begins only after you place your order.
Delivery Timelines (Domestic – India)
Standard shipping: 5–9 business days from order confirmation (includes processing + transit).
Metro cities may see faster delivery; remote/rural pincodes may take slightly longer.
Delivery Timelines (International)
12–20 business days from order confirmation.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price.

Undelivered / Return to Origin (RTO) Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable recipient, refused delivery, or unserviceable pincode, the order is returned to origin (RTO).
We will contact you to confirm correct details before reshipping.
Reshipment of an RTO order requires a fresh shipping charge, payable before we dispatch again.
